Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Manager, based in Upleta. The Business Manager will oversee daily business operations, drive sales performance, and ensure branch profitability while adhering to company policies. Responsibilities include managing a team, building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic plans, and monitoring budgets and compliance. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals is also a key aspect of this role.

• Strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and understanding of customer needs and market trends.
• Strategic thinking and financial analysis skills, with experience in budgeting and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with the financial services industry, particularly in asset financing and loans, is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in a similar managerial role.
