The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the digital marketing efforts, telecalling department, lead generation strategies, dealer relationships and overall creativity in marketing initiatives. This role is essential in driving the brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead conversion for the distribution of Apple, TCL, Vivo, and Solar products. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a marketing team, developing digital strategies, handling dealer relations, and creating impactful campaigns to enhance the company's market position. Duties & Responsibility : Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services across all digital channels (website, social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, etc.). Manage online advertising budgets and ensure efficient spend to drive results in line with sales targets. Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential dealers and customers, particularly through digital channels and telecalling efforts. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transition from lead generation to closing sales. Oversee the telecalling department, ensuring that calls are made to potential and existing dealers to promote products, offer deals, and gather valuable market intelligence. Oversee the management and updating of the dealer and customer database to ensure accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions. Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging visuals, videos, and promotional material for both digital platforms and dealer-facing promotions. Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the Kerala and Tamil Nadu markets. Prepare reports on marketing performance, analyzing campaign success and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on ways to improve marketing strategies and tactics. Skill and Knowledge: 1. Any Degree or MBA Marketing 2.Minimum 3 year above experience . 3. Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, and telecalling teams 4. Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content creation. 5. Laptop Compulsory 6. Excellent communication skills 7. Proficiency in MS Office excel , word, Google sheet 8. Problem solving skills 9. Market Analytics skills 10.
