Key Responsibilities: As a Field Engineer, you will be the face of Aspirare Communications on-site, responsible for: On-site Technical Operations: Executing installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems with precision and efficiency. Site Management: Conducting daily site visits within a 40 km radius to ensure operational continuity and prompt resolution of any issues. Client & Team Coordination: Collaborating effectively with our technical support team and clients to address concerns and provide timely solutions. Reporting & Documentation: Providing clear, regular updates and reports on task progress, completed work, and any challenges encountered. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Adhering strictly to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards during all field activities. Requirements: We are looking for an individual who is technically capable and possesses a strong work ethic: Education: PUC/ITI/Diploma/Degree in a relevant technical field. Experience: While prior experience in a field-based technical role is preferred, it is not mandatory . We encourage motivated freshers with the right skills to apply. Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and the capability to work independently. Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license .
