Job Details: Experince: 15 to 18 years Job Location; Chennai Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business HRs across business units. Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and align HR strategy accordingly. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters. Performance & Culture Institutionalize a performance-driven culture through effective goal setting, performance tracking, and feedback mechanisms. Own the end-to-end performance management cycle goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance interventions. Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and results orientation. Organizational Development Design and implement frameworks for succession planning, leadership development, and capability building. Identify skill gaps and work with L&D to build competency-based training programs. Lead initiatives that drive employee engagement, morale, and organizational effectiveness. HR Governance & Compliance Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Establish robust HR policies, procedures, and reporting mechanisms. HR Analytics & Metrics Use HR data and analytics to guide decision-making and measure impact of HR programs. Provide regular reports to leadership on key metrics such as attrition, engagement, productivity, and performance outcomes. Required Qualifications & Skills: Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). Minimum 12 years of progressive HRBP experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in business partnering, performance management, and strategic HR. Strong influencing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and apply HR analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
