Performance & Culture Institutionalize a performance-driven culture through effective goal setting, performance tracking, and feedback mechanisms. Own the end-to-end performance management cycle goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance interventions. Organizational Development Design and implement frameworks for succession planning, leadership development, and capability building.
