Key Responsibilities Verify, vouch, and account for day-to-day company expenditures. Generate invoices and manage monthly billing processes. Check and post journal entries for adjustments and accruals. Record and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis. Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS). Reconcile accounts receivables and payables every month. Process TDS entries and ensure timely monthly payments. File quarterly TDS returns in compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure timely completion of monthly statutory compliances (e.g., GST, PF, ESI). Requirements Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles. Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and other statutory compliances. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).
