Lead and Activity Management: We provided a mobile-first lead and activity management toolthat enabled large enterprises with distributed field sales teams to digitize their sales processesand get real time visibility into their team's productivity.2. Sales Engagement Platform: We built capabilities like nudges, goals, playbooks, performancedashboards etc that enabled large financial institutions to improve their business outcomes(faster time to convert, higher sales, increased productivity etc).3. Distribution Management Platform: We are currently in this phase. With a significant increase inthe number of apps an average seller uses to perform their day-to-day business activities,financial institutions are looking to consolidate their tech stack. In addition, we realize that wehave an opportunity to become an insurance core system by owning the end-to-end advisorylife cycle - recruitment, onboarding, training, selling, engagement and performancemanagement.Responsibilities:
? Design and build scalable data pipelines and reporting infrastructure to enable data-driven decisionsacross the company.? Contribute as an individual or as part of a team to build and ship features on time.? Collaborate with PMs to deeply understand customer problems and translate them into engineeringsolutions.? Deliver value to customers with high standards for product quality and user experience.? Fixing bugs and performance problems in current products.? Add instrumentation, logging, and monitoring to improve visibility into system health andperformance.? Write clean, readable, testable, and maintainable code with appropriate unit and integration testcoverage.? Work cross-functionally with frontend engineers, QA, ops, and PMs to deliver well-architected andhigh-quality solutions.Skills Must Have:
? Good knowledge about backend development. Understanding of servers, databases, event-drivenarchitecture.? Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java or Node.js).? Relational/NoSQL database experience (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Mysql).? Strong fundamentals in computer science and problem solving (data structures, algorithms, etc.).? Understanding of unit testing and integration testing, with experience of writing tests as part of thedevelopment process.? Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Source control systems, CI/CD tools.? Experience in developing enterprise grade secure, transactional, scalable applicationsGood to Have:
? Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, Airflow? Exposure to data warehousing, ETL tools, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).? Good communication skills.Qualifications
? B.E (or equivalent) in Computer Sciences? 1-3 years of experience building enterprise class products.
