Company Overview:

Loop is building the enterprise co-pilot for restaurants, starting with delivery. Over the last 3 years, delivery & digital ordering grew 10x into a major source of restaurant revenue, throwing up fundamental operational and financial challenges. With Loop, restaurants can view their P&L in real time, automate closing books, improve order accuracy, diagnose poor performance and empower their teams with feedback.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who can build strong people practices as we scale. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced environments, partnering closely with leadership, and creating processes that truly support employees and the business.You will work directly with our General Managers and Tech Leaders, own key people programs, and help strengthen Loop’s culture as we grow.

What You’ll Own:

  • HR Operations & HRMS Management: Lead the implementation and ongoing management of our HRMS tool. Set up and maintain modules for attendance, leave management, employee records, etc. Own data accuracy, reporting, and process automation to eliminate manual/excel-driven workflows
  • Onboarding & Employee Experience: Drive end-to-end onboarding experience ensuring a smooth transition for all new hires. Partner with cross-functional teams to set up Day 1 readiness, documentation, and team integration
  • Employee Engagement & Pulse Check Communication: Run regular pulse checks, analyze feedback, and communicate insights clearly to leadership. Identify patterns, track sentiment, and propose actionable recommendations to improve engagement. Own communication loops between employees and leadership for transparency and trust
  • Employee Benefits & Market Benchmarking: Maintain our current benefits programs and ensure seamless execution. Work with finance and leadership to enhance offerings that drive employee satisfaction and retention
  • Leadership & Business Partnering: Work closely with General Managers and Tech Leaders to understand team needs, challenges, and priorities. Support workforce planning, talent development, and org design discussions. Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and people-related decisions
  • Employer Branding: Help craft and execute internal and external employer branding initiatives. Partner with recruiting to build compelling stories about Loop’s culture and employee experience. Curate social media updates, hiring campaigns, and recognition programs

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth startups
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, HRMS tools, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work closely with leadership and influence through insights
  • A proactive problem-solver with a people-first mindset
  • High ownership, empathy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
