Senior Human Resources Manager Department: Human Resources Reports To: Director Location: [City, State or Remote] Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and HR policy implementation. This role plays a key part in aligning HR practices with business objectives and fostering a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership Partner with senior leadership to drive HR strategies that support organizational goals. Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR, organizational development, and change management. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Oversee recruitment processes for senior and critical roles. Support workforce planning, succession planning, and employer branding initiatives. Employee Relations & Engagement Resolve complex employee relations issues and provide coaching to managers. Foster a culture of continuous feedback, recognition, and engagement. Performance Management & Development Lead performance review processes and support managers in goal setting and performance improvement. Design and implement training and development programs to upskill employees. HR Policy & Compliance Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and organizational policies. Update and enforce HR policies, handbooks, and procedures. HR Data & Reporting Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, engagement scores) and provide insights for improvement. Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making. Compensation & Benefits Support compensation benchmarking and benefits administration. Assist in developing competitive and equitable compensation strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus. Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior HR role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
