Job Description

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and align HR strategies with the companys goals and long-term vision.
  • Lead HR projects such as policy updates, process automation, and digital transformation (e.g., HRMS implementation).
  • Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements for performance, retention, and engagement.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes — from manpower planning to final selection.
  • Conduct various level interviews and collaborate with department heads to ensure cultural and role fit.
  • Manage onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Supervise background verification and documentation compliance.

Performance Management & Appraisal

  • Design and manage the complete appraisal cycle (goal setting, mid-year review, final evaluation).
  • Coordinate review meetings between employees and team leads.
  • Manages performance-linked rewards and recognition programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and feedback surveys.
  • Maintain transparent communication channels between management and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and ethical workplace practices.

Compensation, Benefits & Compliance

  • Medical insurance processes (including employee additions/removals and claim follow-ups).
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (gratuity, leave policies, employment contracts, etc.).

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs through performance analysis and feedback systems.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and e-learning sessions.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and ROI.

HR Systems & Data Management

  • Manage HRMS or HR software for attendance, leave, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records (digital & physical).
  • Generate HR dashboards, analytics, and management reports.

Employer Branding & Cross-Cultural Coordination

  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance employer brand on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Coordinate with international clients or teams.
