Role Overview: As a Senior HR at our company located in Tirupur, you will play a vital role in leading the HR function. Your responsibilities will include overseeing employee relations, performance management, and recruitment processes. Additionally, you will utilize your expertise in HR best practices and employment laws to make data-driven decisions that drive the organization forward. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the HR function with at least 1-3 years of progressive HR experience, including a year in a leadership role. - Utilize your in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HRIS to enhance HR processes. - Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in all interactions. - Manage employee relations, performance management, and recruitment activities effectively. - Analyze HR metrics to make informed and data-driven decisions that benefit the organization. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HRIS. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - 1-3 years of progressive HR experience, with at least a year in a leadership role. - Ability to analyze HR metrics and implement data-driven decisions.
