As an HR Specialist at Wecodee, you will be a vital part of the team responsible for executing core HR functions to support the growth and success of our global operations. Your role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders and leadership to ensure HR best practices are implemented across all offices, fostering a people-first approach. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Talent Acquisition & Onboarding** - Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer rollout. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. - Drive onboarding processes to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires globally. - **HR Operations & Administration** - Maintain employee records, contracts, HRIS, and timesheets accurately. - Prepare various letters, documents, and reports related to employment procedures. - **Global Compliance & Policy** - Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws in coordination with legal and finance teams. - Support policy implementation in the countries where Wecodee operates. - **Performance Management & Engagement** - Assist in administering performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback cycles. - Organize engaging employee activities, recognition programs, and facilitate internal communications. - **Reporting & Analytics** - Generate HR reports on headcount, attrition, leave, and hiring metrics. - Support audits and prepare necessary documents for internal or external review. **Key Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced IT or software company. - Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance frameworks. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools (experience with Zoho People or similar platforms preferred). - Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle confidential information with discretion.
