Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, leadership experience, and the ability to drive financial strategy aligned with organizational goals. This role is critical to ensuring the company’s financial health, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial performance and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on financial data and business insights.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
• Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and manage relationships with auditors.
• Supervise finance team members; provide mentorship and professional development.
• Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and controls.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• CA/CPA/CMA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in corporate finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, corporate finance, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [industry name, e.g., SaaS, manufacturing, healthcare, etc.].
• Familiarity with global financial practices (for multinational companies).
• Experience with mergers & acquisitions, investor relations, or fundraising is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
