Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Develop and manage the company’s financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Accounting Oversight:

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and records.

Reporting & Compliance:

• Prepare and ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax filings, and audit requirements.
• Monitor and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and manage audit processes.

Cash Flow & Liquidity Management:

• Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring that the organization has sufficient liquidity for its operations.
• Recommend measures to optimize cash flow, reduce costs, and improve financial performance.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial decisions are aligned with business objectives.

Strategic Financial Insights:

• Evaluate the financial impact of company initiatives and suggest improvements for operational efficiency and profitability.
• Provide financial data to support the company's growth strategy, acquisitions, and investments.

Must have skills

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
