About The Job We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead our automation testing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts, designing robust test frameworks, and ensuring the highest quality of our software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance automation infrastructure and drive best practices in test automation. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute automated test scripts for UI and API testing. Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks using Java or C#. Develop Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks from scratch using tools like Cucumber or SpecFlow. Automate API testing using Rest Assured. Design and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure software quality. Conduct performance testing using JMeter. Utilize Git and Jenkins for version control and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). Ensure best coding practices for reusability, scalability, and maintainability in test automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing requirements. Monitor, analyze, and report test automation results. Work in an Agile environment, participating in Scrum ceremonies. Continuously improve automation infrastructure and explore new tools and techniques. Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in QA Automation with a strong focus on UI and API automation. Expertise in automation frameworks using Java or C#. Experience developing BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlow. Hands-on experience with API automation using Rest Assured. Strong knowledge of test strategy, planning, and execution. Experience with performance testing using JMeter. Proficiency with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of best practices for software development, including code reusability, scalability, and maintainability. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and work in an Agile environment.
