Job Summary: As the HR Executive for Retail Operations, you will be the primary HR contact for our fruit and vegetable stores. Your core mission is to foster a productive, compliant, and highly engaged workforce. You will be responsible for ensuring all HR policies are implemented effectively, conducting on-the-ground training, managing payroll and recruitment for store-level staff, and driving a positive work culture across all assigned locations. Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for frontline retail positions (e.g., Store Associates, Cashiers), from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and finalizing offers. Payroll & Attendance: Oversee the accurate collection of daily attendance and leave data from stores. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all retail employees. Employee Engagement: Design and execute store-level employee engagement activities, including rewards and recognition programs (e.g., "Star Performer of the Month"), to boost morale and reduce attrition. Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring they are heard and resolved in a timely and fair manner. Escalate complex issues to the HR Manager as needed. Performance Management: Assist store managers in the performance appraisal process, helping to set clear objectives and provide constructive feedback to team members. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail, FMCG, or hospitality environment. Strong understanding of core HR functions, including payroll, compliance, and recruitment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to connect with and train frontline employees. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing responsibilities across multiple locations. Proficiency in MS Office is required. Familiarity with HRMS software is a plus.
