Job Title: Senior Finance Manager
Department: Finance & Strategy
Location: Panangad, Ernakulam
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Board of Directors

Aeden Fruits International Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing leader in the fresh produce import and distribution sector. As we continue to expand our operations and market presence, we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Finance Manager to spearhead our financial planning and growth initiatives. This is a key leadership role that will work directly with senior management to shape the company's future.

Job Summary:
The Senior Finance Manager will be a strategic partner to the executive team, responsible for leading the company's corporate finance functions. This role is primarily focused on securing funding to fuel our growth, managing investor relations, and providing high-level financial analysis to guide strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or holds an equivalent professional qualification, possessing exceptional financial modeling, presentation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Finance & Fundraising:

  • Lead all fundraising activities, including identifying and evaluating potential sources of capital (debt, equity, etc.).
  • Develop comprehensive financial models, business plans, and pitch decks for presentation to banks, private equity firms, venture capitalists, and other potential investors.
  • Manage the end-to-end fundraising process, from initial outreach and due diligence to negotiations and final closure.
  • Structure and negotiate favorable terms for loans, credit facilities, and investment deals.

2. Financial Planning & Strategic Analysis (FP&A):

  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic planning, long-term forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to the leadership team on new projects, expansion plans, and capital investment decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities for profitability improvement.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports and dashboards for the CEO and Board of Directors.

3. Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all existing and potential investors, as well as banking partners.
  • Prepare regular investor updates, presentations, and reports, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
  • Organize and lead meetings with stakeholders to present financial performance, business updates, and future growth strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all reporting covenants and requirements stipulated by lenders and investors.

4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management:

  • Oversee strategic cash flow planning to ensure the company has the necessary liquidity to meet its operational needs and growth ambitions.
  • Manage banking relationships to optimize credit facilities and treasury services.
  • Implement strategies for effective working capital management.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills:

  • Professional Qualification: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or hold an equivalent professional certification (e.g., CFA, ACCA, CMA).
  • Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or a strategic finance role within a high-growth company.
  • Fundraising Expertise: Demonstrable, hands-on experience in successfully raising debt or equity capital is essential.
  • Financial Modeling: Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and creating investor-grade presentations.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively to senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a proven capacity to contribute to high-level business decisions.

Compensation:

  • Salary: ₹75,000 – ₹100,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Additional Benefits: Performance-based incentives and other benefits as per company policy.
