Role:

Partner with the COO to build and scale our finance function. Lead investor-facing MIS, cross-border consolidation, compliance, planning, and systems as we prepare for rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own AR/AP, bank/loan/credit-card recs, GL oversight, and monthly

  P&L/BS/CF

• Build investor MIS: dashboards, KPIs, variance analysis, board/investor packs.
• Manage cross-border finance: FX accounting, inter-company, multi-entity consolidation.
• Ensure GST/TDS/Income-tax compliance; prepare tax-audit schedules.
• Coordinate statutory audit; develop internal controls & accounting policies.
• Drive budgeting/forecasting, cash-flow planning, and financial models (burn, capex, scenarios).
• Lead system improvements: tool migrations, cash?accrual, chart-of-accounts redesign.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 46 years

  finance/accounting experience (tech/hardware/startups preferred).
• Strong month-end close, AR/AP review, reconciliations, and GL accuracy.
• Proven MIS development and leadership/investor communication.
• Comfortable in cross-border, multi-entity environments.
• High ownership; thrives in fast-moving, hands-on settings.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Indian + US compliance nuances, ERP/accounting migrations, and SaaS finance stacks.
