Senior Finance Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Senior Finance Manager. The Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, manage budgeting processes, monitor cash flow, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and develop strategies to improve the companys financial performance. The role requires close collaboration with various departments, managing financial reporting, and contributing to key decisions to drive organizational growth.

Job Responsibilities

• MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification is preferred
• Proven track record of 7 to 10 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and strategic financial planning skills
• Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting principles
• Experience in compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced use of Microsoft Excel

• Preparation of CMA data / Cash Flow data for processing working capital .

• Liaison with Bankers, Single spec for Bankers ,Borrowing, Term Loans, Hedging

• preparation of stock and book debts. Statement for drawing power of fund -based facility.

• Apply for Packing credit (Rupee & Foreign Currency both) and PCFC

• Follow up of export receivables with marketing department / banks.

• Handling all the issues related to EDPMS, IDPMs & Arrange E-BRC’S for Export bill Realized.

• Preparation of FFR’S (FFR-1, FFR-2)

• Monthly closing activities for closure of account related to finance

• Average interest calculation for all types of borrowing on monthly basis.

• Handling the Export LC’S/ documents (Scrutinizing the LC’s /documents under LC and negotiating the same with banks).

• Establishing Letter of credit both Inland and Import and Bank Guarantees.

• Remitting foreign currency for import advance and other expenses like travelling, Commission on export sale, consultancy and advertising.

• Handling export bill discounting

• SAP Experience is must

• Revaluation of foreign currency accounts.

• Responsible for all Payments Handling.
