Senior Finance Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights that support business growth. The role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring accurate accounting practices while collaborating with management to drive financial performance. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets. Provide financial analysis to support business decisions, investments, and cost optimization initiatives. Liaise with external auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other stakeholders. Mentor and guide junior finance staff, ensuring continuous professional development. Support senior management in strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CIMA/MBA preferred). Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior/executive role. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting. Proficiency in financial software/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
