Payment Collection Executive

We are looking for a female Payment Collection Executive to manage customer payment follow-ups, maintain outstanding records, and ensure timely collections. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working with accounting/ERP tools. Key Responsibilities:Follow up with clients/customers for pending payments via calls, emails, and visits (if required). Maintain updated records of receivables and outstanding balances. Coordinate with the sales/accounts team for resolving customer queries regarding invoices and payments. Prepare and share daily/weekly collection reports with management. Ensure timely deposit of collected payments into the company’s bank account. Support in reconciling accounts receivable and highlight long-pending dues. Maintain professionalism and ensure good client relationships while collecting payments. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer queries and negotiate effectively. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Accounting software (Zoho Books/Tally preferred). Organized, proactive, and target-driven. Fluency in [local language, Hindi, and English] preferred. Qualifications & Experience:Graduate in Commerce/Business/Any Stream. 1–3 years of experience in collections/accounts receivable preferred (freshers with good communication may also apply).
