About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to manage all aspects of financial operations including accounting, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical ability, leadership skills, and proven experience in managing financial functions in a corporate setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and audit standards.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Implement effective financial processes and internal controls.
• Lead the finance team and ensure timely closure of monthly and yearly accounts.
• Support management in financial analysis, planning, and decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• Professional certification such as CA Inter, CMA, or MBA in Finance is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, or corporate budgeting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Compensation
Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.

Infopark, Kochi(On-site, Monday to saturday)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
