• Minimum 8 years of experience

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical aptitude.
• Proficiency in

  financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting

• Advanced

  MS Excel

  and familiarity with financial software tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Position Overview:

Junior Accountant / Finance Executive

accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and investment analysis

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Analysis

• Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights for decision-making.
• Review financial statements to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Support in preparing, reviewing, and finalizing financial reports and MIS statements.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts through data gathering and financial analysis.
• Monitor variances between actual and budgeted figures; recommend corrective measures.

Financial Reporting & Planning

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial models to aid management decisions.
• Support financial planning, scenario analysis, and resource allocation.

Risk Management & Auditing

• Identify and assess financial risks; recommend mitigation strategies.
• Participate in internal audits to assess internal controls and compliance with policies.
• Prepare audit documentation, highlight findings, and assist in implementing corrective actions.

Investment & Strategic Support

• Conduct ROI and risk assessments for potential investments.
• Provide analytical support for portfolio and resource management decisions.
