Senior Finance Executive

As a Senior Finance Executive at our Cyber Security company based in Bhubaneswar, your role will involve overseeing and managing financial operations. You will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, and process optimization. Your proactive approach and ability to work independently will be crucial in contributing to strategic financial decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Track and manage monthly expenses to ensure adherence to budgets and financial goals. - Prepare monthly financial reports, highlighting key financial metrics and assessing the overall financial health of the company. - Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting. - Oversee GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements. - Review and manage employee expense claims and ensure compliance with company policies. - Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner. - Coordinate with the sales and project management teams to verify billing details. - Review and analyze NDAs, agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure they align with company policies and compliance requirements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Skills & Tools: - Proficiency in Tally, Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Dashboarding). - Working knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR, ROC filings. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
