Key Responsibilities:

Prepare project-wise and deal-wise profitability reports, along with quarterly and annual financial statements.
Manage statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors (including Big 4 firms).
Demonstrate strong knowledge of
IND-AS
and
IFRS
standards.
Handle end-to-end
Record to Report (R2R)
and
Procure to Pay (P2P)
processes.
Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls, including working knowledge of
ICFR
.
Develop quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and perform trend analysis.
Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and accounting procedures.
Collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Exposure to US compliance requirements (e.g., 1099, W2, W4, 1095) is a plus.
Generate MIS reports covering revenue, margins, business unit analysis, and scenario-based (what-if) analysis.
Support data integrity and revenue recognition processes in
SAP S/4HANA
.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced MS Excel/Office tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment.
