Senior Finance Executive

Key
Responsibilities:

1. Take
ownership of day-to-day finance operations including bank accounting, expensebooking, payroll entries, and vendor payments across India, US, and Canadaentities.

2. Manage and
review general ledger accounting, revenue recognition, intercompanytransactions, and reconciliations.

3. Drive
monthly MIS reporting, P&L analysis, balance sheet schedules, and financialvariance analysis for internal leadership and external stakeholders.

4. Lead
client invoicing, billing cycles, receivable tracking, and approval workflowsto ensure timely recognition and collection of revenue.

5. Coordinate
with external consultants and auditors (CAs and CPAs) for compliance, taxfilings, statutory audits, and internal controls.

6. Ensure
adherence to accounting standards (Indian GAAP with exposure to US GAAP) andmaintain proper documentation and audit trails.

7. Collaborate
closely with HR, Sales, and Operations teams for alignment on payroll,reimbursements, and other cross-functional financial activities.

8. Oversee
statutory payments and filings (TDS, GST, PF, ESI, PT) and ensure accuracy andtimeliness.

9. Identify
and implement process improvements and automation to strengthen internalcontrols and efficiency.

10. Maintain
confidentiality of financial data and support ad-hoc finance or specialprojects as needed.

Skills &
Attributes Required:

Strong
foundation in core accounting, operational finance, and statutory compliance.

Hands-on
experience with bank accounting, expense management, payroll, and paymentprocessing.

Proficiency
in Tally ERP 9, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.

Working
knowledge of billing systems, approval workflows, and client payment tracking.

Ability to
work independently, multitask, and handle tight timelines.

Attention
to detail with a solution-oriented and ownership mindset.

Excellent
communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Proactive
and execution-driven approach to daily operations.

Preferred
Qualifications:

Bachelordegree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

35 years
of hands-on accounting and operational finance experience, preferably inmulti-entity or global setups.

Exposure
to US GAAP, intercompany accounting, and cross-border compliance is an addedadvantage.
