Currently we are looking for a Full Stack Developer on a project-based engagement ( duration: 4 to 5 months ) with 5+ years of experience with strong expertise in .NET + Angular + SQL. Work Location: Manipal Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC, Angular (v10+), and SQL Server. Design and implement RESTful APIs using .NET Web API. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software. Work on database design, stored procedures, performance optimization, and complex queries. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting issues across the full stack. Contribute to Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups). Maintain technical documentation and support deployment processes. You will be joining Manipal Digital as a Senior Manager - Process Excellence, playing a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving process improvements throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing and optimizing various business processes encompassing areas like business development, production, operations, sales, and marketing. The ideal candidate for this role should be highly organized, analytical, and results-driven, with a solid track record in developing, implementing, and managing effective processes. Strong collaboration skills are essential as you will be working closely with teams in India and international markets. Your key responsibilities will include: Process Improvement & Development: - Identifying gaps and inefficiencies in existing business processes. - Designing, developing, and implementing new or enhanced processes to streamline operations and boost productivity. - Creating clear process documentation, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Maintaining and updating process documentation as required. Process Training & Implementation: - Developing and delivering training programs to ensure teams comprehend and adhere to established processes. - Monitoring process adherence and providing continuous support to teams. - Implementing change management strategies for the smooth adoption of new processes. Process Auditing & Reporting: - Conducting regular audits to evaluate process effectiveness and compliance. - Analyzing data and generating reports on process performance, identifying areas for further enhancement. - Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process success. RFP Management: - Overseeing the process of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring timely and accurate submissions. - Contributing to the creation of compelling and persuasive RFP responses. - Establishing and maintaining a repository of reusable RFP content. Quality Management & Compliance: - Representing the business in engagements with the central quality team. - Ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards, such as ISO, ISMS, CMMI, etc. - Contributing to internal and external quality audits. Collaboration & Communication: - Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in India and international markets. - Communicating process changes and updates clearly and concisely. - Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or a related field. - Proven track record of successfully developing, implementing, and managing business processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Experience with quality management systems (ISO, ISMS, CMMI) is advantageous. - Experience with RFP response management is highly desirable. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Willingness to travel occasionally.
