About theRole
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated BusinessDevelopment Intern to support our sales and pre-sales efforts across Indiaand Europe. This role will expose you to international B2B sales processes inthe Travel & Hospitality space, enterprise client engagement, and pre-salesactivities, giving you hands-on experience in business development in globalmarkets.
You will collaborate closely with SalesManagers, Consultants, and cross-functional teams to drive lead generation,support client interactions, and contribute to proposals, presentations, anddemos.

KeyResponsibilities
  • Market Research & Lead Generation
    • Research potential customers, industries, and geographies to identify opportunities.
    • Build and maintain lead databases using CRM and sales tools.
    • Sales Support
      • Assist in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and client proposals.
      • Support pipeline management by tracking opportunities in CRM.
      • Coordinate with internal teams for demos, proposals, and client follow-ups.
      • Pre-Sales Support
        • Collaborate with pre-sales teams on RFPs, solution decks, and business cases.
        • Gather client requirements and document them clearly for internal handovers.
        • Participate in mock demos, product walkthroughs, and client Q&A prep.
        • Cross-Regional Collaboration
          • Work with teams in India and Europe, understanding cultural nuances and business expectations.
          • Support scheduling, documentation, and communication across time zones.
          • Reporting & Insights
            • Maintain dashboards and generate weekly/monthly reports on BD activities.
            • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and new business opportunities.


              Requirements

              • Recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
              • Strong communication and presentation skills (written & verbal).
              • Interest in B2B sales, SaaS, or technology-driven businesses.
              • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
              • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced, global environments.
              • Ability to work flexible hours to support both India and Europe teams.
