Business Development Intern

• Identify potential B2C prospects who come through Facebook, Google ads, and the Experts Pro website contact form.
  
• Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  
• Conduct initial outreach to prospects, introducing the Kodo Program and identifying their needs.
  
• Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos with prospects to showcase the features and benefits of the Kodo Program.
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals and presentations tailored to each prospect.
  
• Follow up with prospects to address questions or concerns.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients.

Requirements

• Experience with top CRM tools.
  
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Prior experience or knowledge in sales or business development is a plus.
  
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office or Zoho Workplace.
