The Role (Read This Twice)

This is not a “support” internship.

  • Bulk orders
  • Corporate & festive gifting
  • Institutional buyers
  • Partnerships & distributors
  • Offline & B2B demand channels

What You’ll Actually Do

1. Revenue & Lead Generation (Real Sales Work)

You don’t “research leads.”


hunt them

  • Identify high-intent B2B, bulk, and gifting opportunities
  • Do cold outreach via WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and calls
  • Qualify leads and move conversations forward
  • Follow up relentlessly until there’s a clear yes or no


No follow-ups = no sales = no value.


2. Partnerships & Bulk Sales Execution

  • Work on corporate gifting, event orders, and institutional deals
  • Assist in pricing, MOQ discussions, and deal structuring
  • Coordinate with ops to ensure feasibility before committing
  • Learn how margins actually work — not how pitch decks explain them


This is where most “ideas” die. You’ll see why.


3. Sales Systems & Tracking

  • Track leads, conversions, drop-offs, and deal cycles
  • Identify where conversations break
  • Help build simple, repeatable BD systems (SOPs, scripts, trackers)


If it can’t be tracked, it can’t scale.


4. Founder-Facing Execution

  • Work directly with founders on live deals
  • Sit in on negotiations and real decision-making
  • See how speed beats perfection in the real world


No filters. No corporate cushioning.


Non-Negotiables

Read carefully.

  • Comfortable with rejection and follow-ups
  • Strong communication (English mandatory)
  • Willing to be on-ground, full-time
  • Thinks in numbers, not excuses
  • Hungry to build — not “learn passively”

Degrees don’t matter.

Effort and outcomes do.
