Why This Role is Rare

This isn’t a regular job. You’ll work directly with the cofounders and IIT Delhi core team, shaping the strategy and execution of our global expansion. You’ll have real ownership, from creating export plans to negotiating bulk international deals, and seeing your work reach customers worldwide.

This is a night-shift role, syncing with global clients and markets. If you thrive on high responsibility, fast-paced execution, and international exposure, this is your chance to operate at the founder level—without leaving your home.

What You’ll Own

• Collaborate with cofounders & IIT Delhi core team to craft and execute international expansion strategies.
• Identify, research, and map high-potential markets, distributors, and bulk buyers globally.
• Create export proposals, pitch decks, and commercial quotations for international clients.
• Handle export documentation, customs, and compliance requirements with precision.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure smooth shipments.
• Track competitor activity, global market trends, and tariff updates to inform strategy.
• Drive execution of global sales campaigns and bulk orders, making a visible impact on growth.
