Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a high-impact sales strategy across multiple channels:
  • D2C, marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart), modern trade, retail, and distribution networks.
  • Own the entire sales funnel from customer acquisition to large-scale partnerships.
  • Expand brand reach by building and managing strategic relationships with retailers, distributors, and B2B partners.
  • Identify new customer segments and geographies to accelerate growth.
  • Optimize acquisition and retention strategies, continuously driving profitable growth with high ROAS.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales & business development team.
  • Champion a culture of hustle, accountability, data-driven decision-making, and customer obsession.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales or business development (FMCG, D2C, wellness, or daily essentials preferred).
  • Hustler mindset: relentless, self-driven, and able to execute in ambiguity.
  • Strong existing network with retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms is a big plus.
  • Entrepreneurial DNA: You own outcomes and move fast without waiting for approvals.
  • Based in

    Lucknow (preferred Gomti Nagar)

    , but remote is considered for exceptional candidates.
