Team & Culture

• Hire, mentor, and lead a

  world-class sales & distribution team

• Build a culture of

  execution, hustle, and customer obsession

  .

Who We’re Looking For

• Based in

  Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

  (non-negotiable for speed and in-person execution).
• Proven experience in

  sales / business development

  (FMCG, D2C, beauty, or wellness preferred).
• Strong network of

  retailers, distributors, and e-commerce partners

  .
• Entrepreneurial DNA —

  hustler + strategist + deal-closer

  .
• Comfortable working in

  startup chaos

  with high ownership.
