Role Overview: As a strategic Co-Founder at Multrix, you will play a crucial role in driving the global expansion and growth of a next-generation BPO brand. This full-time leadership position offers equity ownership and the opportunity to collaborate remotely with a focus on delivering exceptional client value. Key Responsibilities: - Lead B2B business development efforts to acquire high-value clients and expand market presence globally. - Oversee service delivery and operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. - Drive strategic growth initiatives by integrating AI and high-end tech solutions to innovate outsourcing practices. - Invest capital to support scaling efforts and participate in the company's success through equity partnerships. Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in the BPO industry with a strong background in business development, service delivery, client acquisition, and industry culture. - Prior experience in client-facing roles such as client relationship management is advantageous. - Proficiency in at least one of the following areas: high-end tech solution development, B2B business development, client service delivery, or operations management. - Demonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a track record of scaling businesses. - Willingness to make financial investments in a high-growth venture (investment details provided upon application). - Based in Europe, the UK, US, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Gulf countries, or India with a global perspective. - Ability to commit to a full-time role with flexibility for remote collaboration.
