Co-Founder

Role Overview: As a Co-founder at our company based in Bhubaneswar, you will be responsible for taking ownership of product, operations, or business strategy for one of our bootstrapped startups in high-growth industries, including EdTech, Healthcare & Wellness, AgriTech, and FoodTech. Your main goal will be to help scale and drive execution, defining, building, and executing the vision for scaling the startup. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage internal teams, conduct market research, work on investor relations, and identify growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Define, build, and execute the vision for scaling the startup in alignment with product & business strategy. - Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth project delivery. - Manage internal teams, collaborations, and partnerships to drive team leadership. - Identify customer needs, industry trends, and go-to-market strategies through market research & growth efforts. - Work on investor pitches, business models, and fundraising strategies for funding & investor relations. Qualification Required: - Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to build and scale a business. - Experience in product management, operations, or startup growth. - Background in EdTech, Healthcare, AgriTech, or FoodTech is a plus. - Strong leadership, execution, and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to work in an equity-based model until funding is secured.
