Job Description

Role Overview: OOHTO is a disruptive Advt-Tech startup revolutionizing transit advertising in India by equipping auto-rickshaws with GPS-tracked LED billboards. They are seeking a dynamic Co-Founder who can bring energy, leadership, and modest capital investment to accelerate fleet expansion and client acquisition. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Client Engagement & Partnerships: - Identify, connect with, and pitch to potential brand partners, advertising agencies, and corporate clients. - Represent OOHTO in client-facing interactions and strategic meetings. - Drive Business Growth: - Formulate B2B sales strategies to boost ad revenue and expand advertiser base. - Build a high-quality sales pipeline and convert leads into long-term clients. - Strategic Leadership: - Co-own the vision and future roadmap of OOHTO. - Collaborate on high-level decisions including pricing, new market launches, tech integrations, and hiring. - Brand & Market Presence: - Drive outreach at industry events, brand activations, and partnership forums. - Be the face of OOHTO for strategic collaborations and market conversations. - Fundraising Support: - Work with the founder on future fundraising initiatives. - Bring in initial personal investment to contribute to fleet scale-up and operational leverage. Qualification Required: - A hustler with strong entrepreneurial instincts and passion for building brands. - Prior experience in sales, marketing, or client servicing (preferably B2B / media / advertising / startups). - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Willingness to be hands-on and own key functions from Day 1. - Ready to invest a small ticket capital into a high-potential business for meaningful equity and co-ownership.
