MokshaPay is building a trusted digital lending platform for Bharat users, offering instant personal loans from ₹5,000 to ₹2,00,000 with simple EMI options. We help first-time credit users build their CIBIL scores through transparent and responsible lending.

Our mission is to make credit simple, safe, and accessible across Tier 1–Tier 4 cities.

What We’re Looking For

Co-Founder (Fintech & Lending Operations)

You’ll work directly with the founding team on product development, lending strategy, compliance, and fundraising.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead lending operations, including disbursals, underwriting, KYC, CIBIL, and collections
• Build and manage NBFC partnerships, ensuring full compliance with lending and data norms
• Shape lending strategy, product roadmap, and credit risk models
• Oversee early team hiring, company culture, and growth execution
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, legal frameworks, and data governance policies
• Support fundraising and investor relations

Required Experience

• 5+ years in fintech, lending, or NBFC operations
• Strong understanding of credit, risk, compliance, and underwriting
• Proven ability to build or scale fintech products or lending operations
• Hands-on experience with tech stacks, dashboards, and API integrations
• Familiarity with RBI and data privacy frameworks
