💼 Role: Business Development Manager (Internship)

📍 Location: Remote

💰 Stipend: Unpaid (Performance-based bonus up to ₹5,000)

🔗 Opportunity: PPO / Permanent role after funding


🧩 About MokshaPay


MokshaPay is a digital lending platform on a mission to simplify credit access for Bharat’s salaried and self-employed users.

We’re building a transparent, tech-driven ecosystem in partnership with NBFCs, banks, and API providers to enable fast, secure, and inclusive lending across India.


This is an opportunity to gain hands-on FinTech experience and work closely with MokshaPay’s founding team from the early stage.


🎯 Key Responsibilities


Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and onboard NBFCs, banks, and FinTech lenders for co-lending, digital onboarding, and embedded finance collaborations.


Market Outreach: Engage with MSMEs, aggregators, and API vendors to explore new business opportunities in the Indian credit and payments ecosystem.


Funding Strategy: Support founders in preparing investor decks, partnership collaterals, and outreach for angel/pre-seed discussions.


Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM and track outreach progress across lenders, partners, and institutional leads.


Research & Insights: Conduct market and competitor research on digital credit, payments, and UPI-based products.


💡 Who You Are


1+ year of experience or coursework in FinTech, Business Development, or Financial Partnerships.


Strong understanding of NBFCs, APIs, and the Indian credit ecosystem.


Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about digital lending, UPI, and financial inclusion.
