As a Co-founder at Hubnex Labs, a new-age IT Software and Consulting business, located remotely with global client focus, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Bringing strategic investments and leveraging industry connections to drive growth - Spearheading business development initiatives and acquiring new clients - Guiding the delivery of services such as staff augmentation, custom software development, and tech consulting - Representing the company in front of clients from the US and European markets - Co-creating and implementing a scalable Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess: - 7-15 years of experience in IT consulting, software services, or staff augmentation - Previous experience working with or consulting for tech companies based in the US or Europe - A proven track record in deal-making, forming partnerships, or enterprise sales - Financial capacity to invest in the early growth stages of the business - Willingness to receive equity in exchange for investment and contributions Your role as a Co-founder will involve: - Being a key decision-maker and actively contributing to the business strategy - Taking ownership of key verticals such as sales, partnerships, delivery, or operations based on your expertise - Assisting in setting up global accounts, nurturing client relationships, and establishing efficient delivery processes - Collaborating with the founding team to build a lean and high-performing workforce As part of the compensation package, you will receive equity along with role-based shares proportional to your investment and contributions. Please note that there will be no fixed salary initially, emphasizing the entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to the long-term vision of building a multi-crore, global consulting firm together. Additionally, the company is seeking individuals with skills in custom software development, enterprise sales, strategic investments, GTM strategy, business development, investment, deal-making, partnerships, operations, staff augmentation, tech consulting, and client acquisition to drive the company's success.
