Location: Gurugram, India (On-site/Hybrid) Type: Full-Time | Individual Contributor Hubnex Labs is expanding its IT Software & Consulting business and seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, develop strategic relationships, and support business growth primarily targeting US and European markets. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT consulting, staff augmentation, and software services Generate leads through research, networking, and outreach campaigns Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners Collaborate with delivery teams to align solutions with client needs Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals Track and report sales metrics and pipeline status regularly Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in business development or sales within IT consulting, software services, or tech staffing Exposure to international markets, especially US and Europe, is highly desirable Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management Why Join Us?
