Location: Gurugram, India (On-site/Hybrid) Engagement: Full-Time | Leadership Role | Equity + Performance-Based Incentives Hubnex Labs is launching a next-generation IT Software & Consulting business and is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President – Business Development to lead our growth strategy, client acquisition, and global partnerships — with a core focus on US and European markets . Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with global growth objectives Lead client acquisition efforts across IT consulting, custom software development, and staff augmentation services Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and strategic partners in target markets Establish a high-performance business development function including hiring and mentoring sales managers and executives Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction Drive revenue growth by owning and optimizing the sales funnel, pipeline, and key metrics Represent Hubnex Labs at key client meetings, industry events, and strategic discussions Candidate Profile 8–12 years of relevant experience in IT consulting, enterprise sales, or technology services Proven track record in international business development, especially in North America and Europe Strong domain knowledge in staff augmentation, solution selling, and B2B consulting models Prior experience in a leadership role within a tech services or consulting firm Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred What We Offer Leadership role with significant decision-making autonomy Equity ownership based on contributions and outcomes Performance-linked incentives and long-term wealth creation opportunities A high-growth, collaborative environment driven by innovation and impact Office based in Gurugram, with flexibility for hybrid working when required Skills: leadership,negotiation,software,business development,it consulting,solution selling,revenue growth,sales strategy,relationship management,b2b consulting,communication,staff augmentation,client acquisition Show more Show less
