About the Role

Billionaire Auction is a premium platform combining Marketplace, Buy It Now, and Auctions for luxury real estate, cars, watches, art, antiques, and collectibles.

We are looking for a Business & Growth Co-Founder to help scale the company through client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth. This is an equity-based role, not a salaried position.

Responsibilities

• Bring sellers and clients across luxury categories

• Build partnerships with builders, dealers, galleries, and brands

• Drive revenue through listings, commissions, and collaborations

• Support market expansion and growth strategy

• Work closely with the founder on execution and scaling

What We’re Looking For

• Strong network in real estate, luxury, or high-value sales

• Proven ability to close deals and build partnerships

• Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term commitment

• Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment.

Equity & Vesting Structure

• Equity offered: 10%–15% (based on contribution and commitment)

• Equity is vested, not granted instantly

• Vesting period: 4 years with a 1-year cliff

• Leave before 1 year → 0 equity

• After 1 year → 25% of agreed equity vests

• Remaining equity vests monthly or quarterly
