Role Objective


driving sales, managing service delivery, and scaling DRS Company


Core Responsibilities


1. Sales & Business Development (Primary Responsibility)

  • Generate

    direct sales through personal network, referrals, and field activity

  • Develop and execute

    sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

  • Build new

    client acquisition channels

  • Convert leads into

    paid customers with strong closing ratios

  • Be personally accountable for

    revenue numbers


2. Service Delivery & Client Satisfaction


  • Oversee

    end-to-end service execution

    for clients
  • Ensure

    quality delivery, timelines, and compliance

  • Handle escalations, complaints, and retention
  • Build trust-based long-term client relationships
  • Maintain high

    customer satisfaction and repeat business


3. Business Scaling & Growth


  • Systematically scale:
  • Sales volume
  • Service capacity
  • Team strength
  • Identify gaps and implement

    process improvements

  • Work on

    new service lines, upselling, and cross-selling

  • Prepare the business for

    sustainable growth, not dependency


4. Team Building & Management


  • Hire, train, and manage

    sales and service team members

  • Set clear KPIs, targets, and accountability structures
  • Ensure team productivity, discipline, and performance
  • Create a culture of

    ownership and results


5. Operations & Process Ownership


  • Design and follow

    clear SOPs

  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales and service teams
  • Monitor daily operations and reporting
  • Keep the business

    organized, transparent, and scalable


6. Partner-Level Responsibilities


  • Act as a

    true business partner

    , not a consultant or employee
  • Share responsibility for growth, challenges, and risks
  • Maintain transparency in decisions, data, and finances
  • Align actions with long-term company vision
