Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Co-Founder role located in Gurugram. As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision and strategy, driving business growth, and collaborating with the leadership team to ensure sustainable success. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, building and managing strong sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, and fostering communication across stakeholders to meet organizational goals. Leadership and entrepreneurship will be crucial for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Research skills to identify opportunities and solve complex business challenges
• Excellent Communication skills to articulate the company’s vision, build partnerships, and foster team collaboration
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive revenue and customer acquisition
• Ability to lead and motivate a team with a focus on innovation and achieving business objectives
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
