Current State (Dec 2025): 60 live agents, 354 passing tests 4 pods (CEO, CFO, CMO, CRO) in production 8-layer agentic architecture partially built 170 git commits in 4 days (5X velocity) ₹35L+ bootstrapped Zero paying customers (your market-proof opportunity) Mission : MVP to Series A product (700+ agents, 13 pods, 250+ customers, ₹1.5Cr+ ARR) in 12 months. First-mover window: 18-24 months. THE ROLE: TECHNICAL CO-FOUNDER (NOT HIRED CTO) Co-founder with board seat and full technical authority. Own the "how" of tech; align with AG (Anand Govindan) on "what/why."
