Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder role based in Aurangabad. The Co-Founder will play a key role in shaping the strategic vision, managing operations, and driving the growth of RaseUp. Responsibilities include forging partnerships, developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring the organization meets its goals. The Co-Founder is expected to lead the team, foster collaboration, and act as a key representative of the organization's mission and values.

• Experience in sales and a proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships

• Leadership qualities, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to the mission of advancing education
• Entrepreneurial mindset with prior experience in a leadership role or venture development is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline
