About MasMedi MasMedi is a technology-driven diagnostics platform focused on making quality healthcare testing accessible, affordable, and reliable through home sample collection and partner NABL labs. As we relaunch with a lean and growth-focused model, we are building a high-performance sales team to drive corporate and institutional business. Key Responsibilities • Identify and onboard corporate clients including companies, factories, schools, colleges, hospitals, gyms, housing societies, and HR firms • Promote preventive health check-up packages and customized corporate wellness programs • Generate B2B leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and networking • Schedule and close meetings with HR managers, admin heads, and decision-makers • Negotiate commercial terms and close corporate contracts • Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution of camps and health checkups • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets • Maintain accurate client records and sales reports • Build long-term relationships with corporate clients for repeat business • Represent MasMedi professionally at all times Key Skills & Requirements • 1–4 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, diagnostics, healthcare, insurance, or wellness industry preferred • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently in field sales • Target-driven mindset with hunger for growth • Basic knowledge of health check-ups and diagnostics is an advantage • Familiarity with MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools is a plus • Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred What We Offer • Fixed Salary + High Performance-Based Incentives • Fast career growth in a growing healthcare startup • Direct exposure to startup leadership and decision-making • Opportunity to build and lead future sales teams • Learning opportunity in diagnostics, corporate wellness, and healthcare sales Ideal Candidate Profile • Self-motivated go-getter • Comfortable with field sales and client acquisition • Strong follow-up and closing ability • Ready to grow with a fast-restarting startup
