Utilizing a seamless digital platform through a mobile app and website, we connect customers to trustworthy and skilled technicians in their respective fields. Our mission is to deliver reliable and affordable home care services tailored to the needs of every individual. With a focus on quality and transparency, AllFix Home empowers its customers to schedule services, view prices, and benefit from re-service warranties.

Role Description

This is a full-time Co-Founder role based in Ahmedabad, with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement that allows for some work-from-home opportunities. As a Co-Founder, you will be pivotal in shaping the vision, strategy, and growth of the organization. Your responsibilities include overseeing business development, crafting marketing strategies, building and nurturing strong partnerships, and driving sales initiatives. You will also lead research and analysis efforts, ensuring informed decision-making that aligns with company goals.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills for market trends, business evaluation, and data-driven decision-making
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Experience in sales and marketing with proven success in developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth
Capability in conducting research to identify opportunities and address business challenges
Leadership skills to inspire teams and foster a culture of innovation and success
Proven entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Background in business management, entrepreneurship, or a related field is advantageous
Knowledge of the on-demand service industry is a plus
