Co-Founder (Operations)

Role: Co-Founder – Operations (Equity-Based)

What You Will Own

• Build diagnostic operations end to end (field ops, sample collection, logistics & lab coordination)
• Manage daily TAT, ensure fastest sample pickup & reporting in the market
• Set up SOPs & process automation for operations excellence
• Build & manage vendor/lab relationships
• Scale operations from 1 city → multi-city
• Lead hiring and manage a lean operations team
• Work closely with the CEO on strategy, roadmap & fundraising
• Ensure customer experience is industry-leading

Preferred Experience

• 4–12 years in 

  diagnostics, pathology labs, logistics, healthcare operations

  , or hyperlocal delivery
• Startup experience is a strong plus
• Hands-on operator: you can run field operations if required
• Strong understanding of TAT, SLA, quality checks, and lab workflows
• Ability to build teams and processes from scratch
• Comfortable with high ownership and zero ego
