Our offerings include: • Astro-Based Perfumes • Spiritual Healing Oils • Chakra Oils • Aromatherapy Blends • Ayurvedic Energy Oils • Natural Essential Oil Perfumes Our offline pilot has already received an exceptional response from customers, validating the strong demand for astrology-aligned wellness products. We are now preparing to scale nationally as a premium D2C brand. Role: Co-Founder at Aveisa We are looking for one selected co-founder who will help shape the brand’s emotional, spiritual, strategic and business direction. This is not a typical job role — it is a leadership opportunity to join a unique startup at its early stage and co-build a high-potential D2C brand. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership • Contribute to brand vision, product expansion, and long-term growth strategy • Build emotional, spiritual, and consumer-centric positioning for the brand • Participate in high-level decision making Product & Content Expertise • Guide the development of astrology-based and spiritual wellness products • Share insights on energy healing, astrology, Ayurveda, or related wellness domains • Help craft meaningful product narratives Brand Growth & Community Building • Represent Aveisa as a thought leader • Participate in content creation, workshops, spiritual events, or educational initiatives • Build a strong community aligned with wellness & spiritual transformation Business & Partnerships • Assist in collaborations with healers, astrologers, wellness coaches, influencers • Support strategic decisions related to marketing and D2C growth • Participate in investor discussions when required Qualifications (Preferred but not mandatory) We are looking for passionate individuals , not just resumes. • Background in Astrology, Tarot, Numerology, Vastu, Ayurveda, Healing Arts, Reiki or Spiritual Wellness • OR strong interest in fragrance, psychology, or emotional wellness • Entrepreneurial mindset • Strong communication and leadership qualities • Ability to think long-term and contribute creatively • Available to dedicate time regularly • Comfortable with partial capital investment as part of co-founder responsibility Investment Requirement Since this is a co-founder role, we expect the selected partner to contribute initial capital (starting 5–10 lakh range) depending on involvement and equity structure. This ensures aligned commitment, shared responsibility, and stronger long-term partnership.
